REFUND POLICY

1. Error in the order

If an error occurs in your order, please notify Montparel within 14 days of receiving your package. Montparel's staff will do their utmost to find the most appropriate solution to the problem.

Concerning errors in your order that are attributable to you, only article 8 "Cancellation" applies.

For errors in your order for which Montparel is responsible:

- Either you return the items to us and upon receipt by Montparel, we will make you a coupon with an expiration of 6 months from its date of issue so that you can recommend on the Site for the same value as the returned items. You will not pay the new shipping charges that will be offered to you. We will send you a return shipping label so that you do not have to pay for the return.

- Or you no longer wish to order on the Site and we will send you a return label which we will deduct from your refund.

For all returns, please write to info@montparel.com. Our team will advise you on the steps to take.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the returns agreement received by email.

2. Return

The customer has a right of withdrawal which can be exercised by sending an e-mail to info@montparel.com or any other written statement to Montparel expressly mentioning the withdrawal exercised, without having to justify the reasons, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order.

The reimbursement of the price of the order (excluding delivery and return costs) which is the subject of the withdrawal will be made either, with the prior agreement of the Customer, by a credit note of an amount equivalent to the reimbursement of the invoiced price which can be used on the whole of the Site, or by crediting the Customer's bank account, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following receipt by Montparel of the Customer's request to exercise the right of withdrawal
